If they have, then obviously the hypnosis techniques you’re using are working, and should be maintained, if not, then perhaps you need to find another way to use anxiety and hypnosis to alleviate your psychological ailments.

Remember that practice makes perfect, as they say, and if you give up your hypnosis sessions initially then you’ll have little help of overcoming your anxiety.
